Third Tooth Down

Little man has lost another tooth and got another 5 dollars. He was so happy that he had lost his tooth. Payton is the cutest little boy with no teeth.

Freedom Walk at School

Payton and Madison's school every year has a freedom walk on or around Sept 11 to remember the ones who were lost on that day. We all dress up in our red, white, and blues and walk around the houses chanting U.S.A. with the support of the firefighters and police officers.

Payton for some reason calls it state day and was so happy to be part of the parade. He is just so funny in the way he thinks about things.

It was a great but very hot and humid parade. Was very proud to be part of it.

Pretty imporant people

The Under Secretary of the Army came to our base to discuss our schools and how we can make changes for better buildings. Only a handful of people were picked to meet with him and his people from the Pentagon. I was fortunate enough to have been ask and was so nervous to even introduce myself at the meeting. But I believe in making my children's schools better and improving their surrounding for their better education, so I raised my hand and told the Under Secretary one of my ideas and he actually liked it and had one of his people write it down.

River Walk

My best friend and I work out together all the time at the gym, and so we decided it had cool off enough for us to walk again outside. There is a trail just off base that walks along the river and is just so pretty and peaceful. Terri and I just chatted the whole time and enjoyed each others company while we walked a couple of miles.

This was a huge fat tree, which made me look smaller. I would love to have this tree behind me where ever I go.

Lunch with my ladies

Since I started my new job, finding time with my friends is becoming very difficult.

So we decided to have a lunch at one of our favorite spots and catch up.

It was a lot of fun and I cant wait til the next get together.
