Christmas at the Meads

Christmas has finally come and the Meads couldn't be more excited about it.
Madison and Payton got to do things alittle different this year. Usually we only open one present Christmas eve and those are our new Christmas pjs. But this year my dad had to work on Christmas and ask if they could watch the kids open their presents from them on the webcam and of course we said yes.
Maddy and Payton were so cute when they heard Santa on the roof. They ran to their beds and went to sleep as fast as two very excited children can.
Over all we all had a great Christmas and the children got more then they knew what to do with.
Spending the day with my family and seeing their smiles is the best part of Christmas for me.

Madison and Payton in their new Christmas pjs.

Could two little children get anymore presents? It just shows how much our angles are loved.

Santa brought Maddy a pretend makeup table.
Santa didn't realize that the makeup he brought was real makeup!!!!

Santa brought Payton a really cool art desk with all new art supplies.

My new jacket that my great hubby got me.
I LOVE IT!

Christmas Silliness

XMAS cookies

Every year the kids and I make dozens of cookies for our family and friends. But this year due to us being sick I felt that making home made cookies wasn't the best idea. So we made cookies for Santa and ourselves.
There is nothing better then baking all day with my two loves.

Gingerbread Homes

Santa here we come

The kids were so very excited that we were going and seeing Santa. We got up early and headed out to only find that Santa was feeding his reindeer for 3 hours!!!!!!
We were out in Manhattan and didn't want to drive all the way home and back so we hung out and did a little shopping at near by stores.
We ate out at the kids favorite place Hu Hut and finally made our way back to find a very long line for Santa.
It was all worth the joy on Madison's and Payton's face when they got to talk to the big guy.
They truly have the joy of Christmas in them and I hope it never fades or goes away.

My Little Man

There are no words to express how adorable my little man acts. He loves pretending to be vampires and Legos are his life at the age of 6. He has such a great imagination that never allows him to be bored.
Enjoy a few photos that I just took of him.

Spending Time in Bed

Our favorite thing to do on weekends is snuggle in close in our bed and all watch movies or TV.
Its a time that Michael and I can spend just enjoying our children and each other.
Michael and Payton love the movie Despicable Me. The whole time they laughed and were reenacting parts of the movie.
No phones, No computers, just us and it is always prefect.
I love my little family.
